Manipur Chief Minister Y Khemchand Singh left Imphal for New Delhi on September 18 and is expected to attend a two-day conference focused on financing India’s long-term development goals. A BJP leader said the chief minister departed on an early morning flight.
The visit follows a meeting with Union Minister of State for DoNER Sukanta Majumdar in Imphal, where development initiatives and ongoing projects in Manipur were discussed. The Delhi conference is expected to focus on financing strategies linked to the broader Viksit Bharat agenda.
